Arrival in the old city. Visit to the Serapeum of Saqqara — one of the most mysterious power places on Earth. Visit to the only authentic Blue Lotus Garden in Egypt. First ceremony with the guardian of the plant. Sunset with a view of the Pyramids of Giza.

Phase II · Days 3–7
Siwa Oasis
27. October – 31. October 2026
Four nights in the desert oasis of Siwa — the place where Alexander the Great was confirmed as the son of a god. Retreat program at the Eco Resort "Salt". Desert safari, meditation in the Sahara, bathing in world-famous salt lakes, hot springs. Yoga, breathwork, bodywork, sound. Deep silence.

Luxor → Aswan on the Nile

The Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) was ubiquitous in ancient Egyptian culture — on temple walls, in tomb paintings, and in the ceremonies of the pharaohs. It was regarded as a symbol of rebirth, consciousness, and the opening of the heart.
On this journey, you will encounter the plant at its place of origin: in the only authentic Blue Lotus Garden in Egypt, cultivated with dedication and respect for this ancient tradition. We use it as a gentle ceremonial plant — guided, mindful, and in the proper setting.
The Blue Lotus is legal in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Its effects are gentle, heart-opening, and meditative in nature — unlike any other plant medicine.

Anne Wuchold
Anne has been a yoga teacher, Thai massage practitioner, and Shiatsu therapist for 15 years. She lived in India for 10 years and has spent the past 5 years in Egypt. She works worldwide as a body therapist on land and in water, is a yoga teacher and freediving instructor, leads massage trainings in Germany, facilitates journeys through India and Egypt, and manages her retreat center in Sardinia.
Trained as an actress, she weaves healing, humor, and lightness together with precise technique in her trainings. For over 10 years, she has been educated in plant medicine across various traditions and studied yoga therapy in Kerala in 2007.
Anne gently introduces you to the Blue Lotus. This plant medicine, legal worldwide, is known for its unique heart-opening qualities, allowing this journey to become a profound transformation and a deeply personal experience with the temples and Ancient Egypt.
Through her many years in Egypt, she knows the temples and special power places through her own deep experience.

Nymphaea Yasmine ist intuitiver Sound Channel, Sound-Therapie-Praktizierende, Reiki-Meisterin und Crystal Healing Practitioner.
Ihren Namen empfing sie in tiefer Verbindung mit der Pflanzenmedizin des Blauen Lotus.
Sie kombiniert Stimme, Kristallklangschalen und Gongs zu vielschichtigen Klangfeldern, die gezielt mit Frequenz und Resonanz arbeiten. Durch ihre Initiation in die altkemetische Sprache (r n kmt) integriert sie zudem eine kulturell-spirituelle Dimension in ihre Praxis und ehrt die Ahnen und die uralten Linien Ägyptens.
