Anne has been a yoga teacher, Thai massage practitioner, and Shiatsu therapist for 15 years. She lived in India for 10 years and has spent the past 5 years in Egypt. She works worldwide as a body therapist on land and in water, is a yoga teacher and freediving instructor, leads massage trainings in Germany, facilitates journeys through India and Egypt, and manages her retreat center in Sardinia.

Trained as an actress, she weaves healing, humor, and lightness together with precise technique in her trainings. For over 10 years, she has been educated in plant medicine across various traditions and studied yoga therapy in Kerala in 2007.

She was gifted her name while working with the plant medicine of the Blue Lotus. She works with voice, crystal bowls, gongs and has a deep passion for exploring the healing power of sound.

 

She has been guided to chant in Ancient Kemetic tongue (r n kmt) to honor the ancients and the land of Egypt. Through sound journeys she brings transmissions of higher frequencies, to facilitate healing, remembrance and expansion.
