SERVICES INCLUDED:

Overnight stay in Cairo (Maadi) in a luxurious and quiet villa in a double or triple room (high standard). At the retreat center in Siwa, accommodation is in a comfortable clay/bamboo hut by the lake in a double room, and on the Nile cruise, in a double cabin on our private luxury sailing boat. Full board with 2 hearty meals per day in Cairo and Siwa, and 3 meals per day on the Nile cruise. Daily yoga, Thai massage, and music program, except on long travel days (see sample daily schedule). All city tours, entrance fees, excursions, concerts, and ceremonies are included. All taxi rides, as well as one domestic flight from Cairo to Luxor, and two private jet flights from Cairo to Siwa and back. Airport transfer is also included.​

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

Your round-trip international flight to and from Cairo and your individual domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo, depending on your return flight schedule. We are happy to assist with your flight booking. The website www.kayak.de is also recommended for booking your individual flights.

Please consider arriving on November 6th for an extra day to acclimatize (strongly recommended).

PAYMENT TERMS:

Every online booking is binding for both parties. That means you are entitled to a spot, and we are entitled to the corresponding payment. After completing your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email with our banking details.

We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit of €990 / €790 (Early Bird until June 30, 2025) promptly after receiving the registration confirmation. This amount covers the seminar portion of the retreat. We can only issue an invoice for this portion.

The remaining €3,000 is to be paid on-site directly to the hotels for accommodation and meals, and to the Egyptian travel guides for organizing excursions, taxi rides, and domestic flights.

After receipt of the payment and travel confirmation (minimum of 12 participants), you can go ahead and book your travel independently. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat, we will of course refund all payments made to us up to that point. We do not cover any flight or other personal costs you may have incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation up to 90 days before the retreat begins: 100% refund of the travel price, excluding the deposit

• Cancellation 60 to 89 days before the retreat begins: 60% refund of the travel price, excluding the deposit

• Cancellation 59 to 0 days before the retreat begins: No refund

We highly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance! Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid and complete travel documents (visa, passport). We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or losses due to attacks, war, natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure events.

Participants confirm they are physically and mentally fit and accept personal responsibility during the trip. Participants are solely liable for any damage they cause to themselves, others, or property. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. The organizers are released from all liability claims, as they are not acting as travel agents but only as seminar leaders.

Due to current German tax laws, we are not operating as a travel agency but as seminar providers. Therefore, we merely assist with coordination alongside our Egyptian travel partners. All listed hotels are suggested accommodations, and participants are free to choose their own lodging on-site. Please note: if you opt for alternative accommodations or activities, additional costs may arise, as the above prices only apply to the recommended hotels and excursions.
